Yammo ("us", "we", or "our") respects your privacy. Whether you are a visitor to yammo.io, other websites under the yammo.io ("Site"), and or a user who uses our software, tools, and related services (collectively, our "Services"), this Privacy Policy is intended to demonstrate our commitment to transparency when it comes to your personal information.

Defining key terms

Yammo offers a variety of services that are collectively referred to as the "Services." Yammo collects information from individuals who visit the Company's Website ("Visitors") and individuals who register to use the Services ("Customers"). The Company uses Data About Yammo Customers to perform the services requested. The Company may also use Data About Yammo Customers for marketing purposes. For example, the Company may use information you provide to contact you to further discuss your interest in the Services and to send you information regarding the Company and its partners. Yammo uses credit card information solely to check the financial qualifications of prospective Customers and to collect payment for the Services. Yammo uses Website Navigational Information to operate and improve the Company's Website. The Company may also use Website Navigational Information alone or in combination with Data About Yammo Customers to provide personalized information about the Company. Employee Data is only used for the purposes of facilitating the performance of certain administrative tasks and functions relating to general employment and for processing and investigating reports under the Company's codes and policies ("Employee Data Purposes").

Public Forums, Refer a Friend, and Customer Testimonials

Yammo may provide bulletin boards, blogs, or chat rooms on the Company's Website. Any personal information you choose to submit in such a forum may be read, collected, or used by others who visit these forums, and may be used to send you unsolicited messages. Yammo is not responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in these forums. Customers and Visitors may elect to use the Company's referral program to inform friends about the Company's Website. When using the referral program, the Company requests the friend's name and email address. Yammo will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the Company's Website. Yammo does not store this information. Yammo may post a list of Customers and testimonials on the Company's Website that contain information such as Customer names and titles. Yammo obtains the consent of each Customer prior to posting any information on such a list or posting testimonials.

Sharing of Information Collected

Yammo may share Data About Yammo Customers with the Company's service providers so that these service providers can contact Customers and Visitors who have provided contact information on our behalf. Yammo may also share Data About Yammo Customers with the Company's service providers to ensure the quality of information provided. Unless described in this Privacy Policy, Yammo does not share, sell, rent, or trade any information provided with third parties for their promotional purposes. From time to time, Yammo may partner with other companies to jointly offer products or services. If you purchase or specifically express interest in a jointly-offered product or service from Yammo, the Company may share Data About Yammo Customers collected in connection with your purchase or expression of interest with our joint promotion partner(s), once Yammo has notified you of the information to be shared and obtained your consent to the sharing of the information. Yammo does not control our business partners' use of the Data About Yammo Customers we collect, and their use of the information will be in accordance with their own privacy policies. Yammo may use third-party service providers to manage credit card processing. Such service providers will not be permitted to store, retain, or use Billing Information except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on the Company's behalf. Employee Data is only disclosed to third parties for the Employee Data Purposes. Users from outside of China

Yammo and its Services are based in the People's Republic of China, and the Company's offices are headquartered in the People's Republic of China. Please be aware that information you provide to Yammo that it obtains as a result of your use of the Services may be processed and transferred to the People's Republic of China and be subject to People's Republic of China law. This information may also be processed by staff working for the Company or for one of its suppliers in the People's Republic of China. By using the Website, participating in any of the Services, or by providing Yammo with your information, you consent to this collection, transfer, storage, and processing of information to and in the People's Republic of China. Yammo will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely in accordance with this privacy policy.
